Enjoy this morning at leisure before making your own way at the appropriate time to the terminal to board your 4 night cruise. Your luxury ship set sail at 5:00pm. Please leave at least 3 hours for check-in prior to departure.

Day 3: Penang, Malaysia

Crayola Adventure Art projects are specifically designed art activities for children of age 3-11. Using art as an avenue for exploration, the lesson plans provide a unique onboard experience for children, incorporating information about specific geographic locations with hands-on art. Crayola Art projects make creativity a part of every child's experience wherever they may travel.
  • Sail into Story time These theme-related story time sessions bring each story to life with activities, discussions on each story and hands-on activities for the children to participate in following each reading.
  • Fisher-Price Programming Parents can be sure their youngsters will have a good time and learn something too in this programme designed by the experts at Fisher-Price. Children will get a chance to play with Fisher-Price's newest and greatest toys!
  • Adventure Theatre Blending educational activities with on-your-feet fun, Adventure Theatre participants get a first taste of the actor's craft, in which entire worlds are created with just their bodies, voices and imaginations. Using structured theatre games, vocal and physical exercises, and creativity-freeing activities, instructors guide groups through an exploration of the theatre arts.

To participate, children must be fully potty-trained and 3 years of age as of the first day of the cruise. (No pull-ups or nappies, please.) Hours: At Sea: 09:00 hrs to noon, 14:00 hrs to 17:00 hrs and 19:00 hrs to 22:00 hrs. In Port: Thirty minutes prior to the first shore excursion to 17:00 or return of the last shore excursion, 19:00 to 22:00

Teens 12-17 years

The best thing about the Teen programme is that it's not structured. The 12- to 14-year-old guests can come and join activities and games when they want to or just chill with friends in the teen-only lounge. For 15-17 year old guest as you're almost an adult and it's your holiday, too. So Royal Caribbean gives you the freedom you deserve. You can join events all day or come and go as you want. Royal Caribbean has got great laid-back places where you can just chill with your new friends.

Activities available to participate in include:  Mocktail competitions you can then enjoy, Sports games, You can take home a mix CD of all of your favourite Karaoke tunes so you can share them with your friends, Teen Casino, BBQ, Improv games, Jam Sessions, Theme nights and parties with Dancing.

To reserve a cabin(s), you must complete our reservations enquiry form which is easy to follow and secured with the latest encryption technology.

At the time of reservation you must provide us with your full name as it appears on your passport as well as your date of birth. By making a booking with us through any of the three methods you will be deemed to have agreed to our information, Terms and Conditions.

Once you have submitted your enquiry through our website, you will receive a “CR” reference number and a bounce back email to the email address provided. This reference number is confirmation we have received your enquiry and we will come back to you shortly with the details of your booking – please be aware, this is not a confirmation and is only a summary of your booking request. We will hold the cabin in your name “for up to 5 days” as controlled by the cruise line themselves. On some cruises, the payment may be required on the day of booking or within 1-5 days of making the booking as controlled by the cruise line.

Once we have held a cabin, we will contact you via phone or email, to advise of availability and confirm the price and details. A booking is confirmed when you have been received an email confirmation notice and should you wish to proceed, we will provide you with our payment options to make your deposit payment (or full payment if the cruise is within 90 days). Your payment then becomes subject to the cancellation policy of the cruise line and Cruise Republic. These are stated in the terms and conditions. When your booking has been confirmed with a deposit payment we will send you your cruise booking number with the cruise line. Once you receive your confirmation, please check your details carefully and notify us immediately if there are any incorrect details, as it may not be possible to make changes at a later date without incurring a penalty. If you are booking via phone, please first make sure you have read the terms and conditions. Our reservations consultant will ask you if you have read the terms and agree to them before proceeding. The onus is always on the customer to ensure they make themselves fully aware of the terms displayed on our website.

Information disclosure

In booking on/via this website you acknowledge that we disclose your information to your selected Cruise Ship company/operator.

Amendments

Once you have paid a deposit against your cruise, any changes made to the booking will incur an amendment fee of $50 plus and applicable fees set you by the cruise line. Please see the Cruise Company's terms and conditions for cancellation and amendment policy.

Transfer to a new cruise/fare

From time to time cruise lines may advertise lower promotional cruise fares; these fares are not always available to existing bookings, however Cruise Republic will endeavour to accommodate any request to change to the lower fare. Please note this request is at the discretion of the cruise lines so is not always possible. New promotional fares may affect your current booking, resulting in reduced on-board credit.

If we are able to transfer you at the lower promotional fare a fee of $100 will be applied to your booking. Once final payment has been made for your cruise we are unable to lower the fare.

If you choose to transfer your cruise deposit to an alternative cruise departure this will also incur a fee of $100.

Cancellations

Once a deposit is made towards your cruise holiday it is deemed that you have accepted our terms and conditions, so are subject to any cancellation fees. Bookings cancelled after the deposit is paid, will incur a cancellation fee of $200 per cabin plus any additional cancellation fees set out by the cruise line. There are no cool down periods. Please see the Cruise Company's terms and conditions for cancellation and amendment policy.

Due to the issuing of refunds via Cheque by the cruiselines, refunds can take 4-6 weeks to reach us should you be entitled to any refund.

Payments

Payments towards your cruise holiday made by credit cards are subject to a transaction fee of 1.5% for Visa and Mastercard payments and 0.5% for Debit Cards. We also accept PayPal with a 1% transaction fee and AMEX which incur a 3.2% credit card fee. Payments made by bank deposit do not incur any transaction fees nor do payments made using the BPAY payment system. Please be aware payments made via bank deposit or BPAY within 24 hours of your booking expiring will require a legitimate receipt/screen shot of payment emailed through.

Onboard Credits

On selected departures we will offer you onboard credits & these may not be combinable with all cabin categories and promotions. We will send you through a confirmation which will confirm if the onboard credit is available against your booking. Making changes to your reservation could result in any onboard credits being removed. Once you have embarked the ship, the onboard credit will be applied to your onboard account to use towards any onboard purchases. Any unused portion of the Onboard Credit will expire at midnight on the last night of your cruise and is not redeemable for cash at any time.

'Guarantee' (GTY) Bookings

From time to time, we may offer you the option of making what we call a 'Guarantee (GTY) booking. This means you may book a stateroom of a guaranteed category type (Inside, Outside, Balcony) on your chosen ship and cruise. However, the exact grade, number and location of the stateroom on the ship will be allocated at the cruise lines discretion and at any time until checking in at the Port. Once your GTY stateroom has been allocated to you, we are unable to accept any changes requested by you. The benefits of a GTY stateroom are that after your booking has been confirmed, the cruise line may (at their discretion) upgrade your stateroom to a higher classed category to that originally booked at no extra charge to you. In any event, you are 'guaranteed' the minimum category you decide to book at the time of the cruise including obstructed view cabins.
If travelling with Family and Friends where you require cabins to be near one another we strongly recommend for you not to book on a Guarantee.
We cannot guarantee your cabins will be assigned near one another, on the same deck, same side or forward/aft on the ship nor accept any requests.

Complimentary Upgrades

Depending on any last minute availability the cruise lines will automatically upgrade cabins to higher categories. The upgrades can place you towards the front of the ship, midships or at the back of the ship and not necessarily on a higher deck level (i.e.: Insides Deck 10 may be upgraded to Ocean view Deck 5). As the cruise lines cannot upgrade every booking, you should book a category in which you are happy to sail. Once the upgrade has been assigned, should you dislike the cabin location we are unable to accept any changes or requests and cannot be reversed.
If travelling with family and friends where you require cabins to be near one another we strongly recommend for you to decline the upgrades. The cruise line do not guarantee all of the cabins will be upgraded, or that they will be upgraded near one another.

Future Cruise Credits

While we are happy to apply your Future Cruise Credits from the cruiselines to your booking with us, this may affect your online discounted pricing. We will still do our best to provide competitive pricing based on the discount we can offer on the new cruise fare once the future cruise credits have been applied to your booking. Please note if Future Cruise Credits are applied after your deposit has been paid may affect your final balance.

Passport & Visa Requirements.

For all international cruises all passengers will require to be in possession of a valid passport. The passport must have 6 months validity from the cruise return date.
Visa's may also be required and at the sole responsibility of the passenger. Please check with the relevant embassies or a Visa Services company for assistance.
Cruise Republic will not take any responsibility for passport or visa requirements.

Privacy of your information is an absolute priority to us. When you book we request whether you are interested in receiving further offers from us. If you decline, we will not email you with such offers. We also always give you the opportunity to unsubscribe and opt out of receiving these emails. We treat your details as confidential and we NEVER disclose your information to third parties other than the supplier who is fulfilling your cruise holiday.

All amendments and any cancellations must be approved through the first person named on the booking. In the case of any in-cabin disputes our contract is with the first person named on the booking and we will only follow instructions given by them.

How to book:

To book your Tour:

  • Bookings essential
  • Travel dates are subject to availability. If your preferred travel date cannot be confirmed after submitting your booking form, you will receive a refund of the deposit paid.
  • Voucher valid for 1 person (must purchase 2 vouchers)

Deposit Information:

  • A non-refundable deposit of $499 per person plus any applicable surcharges are due at the time of purchase in order to secure your date. 
  • Final payment is due 210 days prior to your travel date. If you book within 210 days of travel, you will be sent a final invoice within 7 days.
  • Invoices will be emailed to you in advance and it is your responsibility to ensure payments are made prior to the due date.
  • Should payment not be received by the due date, your booking will be cancelled and all prior payments will remain strictly non-refundable.

Airline: 

  • Return economy airfare with Singapore Airlines (Virgin Australia, Malaysia Airlines or similar if unavailable) departing Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide or Perth.
  • An alternative airline cannot be requested. 
  • Including minimum 23kg of checked baggage per passenger (actual limit is subject to airline).
  • One return airfare is supplied per voucher.
  • Names cannot be changed once flights have been booked. 
  • Flights cannot be used one-way only 

Flights:

  • Some flights may depart a day before the itinerary and involve up to 2 transits. These changes are beyond our control and are subject to availability and airline schedule changes.
  • Full names (First, Middle & Surname) as per passport must be provided for ticketing. Passport Details are also required at time of booking in order to confirm your flights. 
  • Once your flights are confirmed and ticketed, flights are non-refundable and non-changeable.
  • Flight itineraries will not be provided until 30 days prior to departure, along with final documentation.
  • All flights have been booked to meet minimum connection times as per airline policy and fare rules.

 

Flight Variations: 

If you wish to modify the promotional airfare included in your Webjet Exclusives package, the following Flight Variations can be requested:

  • Extend your stay post tour 
  • Upgrade to Premium Economy or Business Class (where available)

Note: All flights will be booked with the best promotional airfare. You will not be able to request a preferred airline. 

A minimum $300 per person “breakaway” charge will apply per person (plus any fare and tax difference where applicable). Fees are non-negotiable and must be paid before your flight variation can be confirmed. 

If choosing to extend your stay, your departure flight must still depart from the departure city as per the tour itinerary. Webjet Exclusives cannot accommodate any flights departing from an alternative city or airport. 

If you are wishing to arrange internal flights this must be arranged at your own expense. Webjet Exclusives cannot assist with the purchase of additional flights outside of the itinerary. 

Also, Webjet Exclusives are unable to provide any additional accommodation outside of the tour itinerary and this will need to be arranged at your own expense. 

Your quote will not be provided immediately and will be processed in departure date order only after the final payment has been paid. Please contact flightdesk@webjetexclusives.com.au if you have not received your quote within two weeks of paying the final payment.

 Should you be unsatisfied with the initial quote provided, you can opt to:

1. Travel with the group, as per the tour itinerary and promotional airfare; 

2. Take the package as Land Only and receive a refund of the Land Only discount, if available, or;

3. Cancel the vouchers purchased and receive a full refund. 

The quote will be sent via email only and will include clear instructions on how to make payment. Failure to pay by the stipulated date and time will cause the quote to expire, by which Webjet Exclusives will proceed to confirm your flights as per the tour itinerary. 

Once your flights have been confirmed and ticketed, no further changes can be made and your booking will remain non-refundable.

  • Travel insurance
  • Transfers
  • Visas
  • Tipping
  • Shore excursions
  • Personal expenses
  • Anything not mentioned or “optional” in the itinerary.
